What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product type. For standard circuit breakers (MCCB/MCB), MOQ is 50 pieces per model. For switchgear assemblies, MOQ is 1 unit. Custom/OEM products typically require MOQ of 100+ pieces. Contact us for specific requirements.
What are your payment terms?
Standard payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment (T/T). For repeat customers, we offer O/A terms (Open Account) up to 60 days. Letter of Credit (L/C) accepted for orders over $10,000.
What is the lead time for standard products?
Standard circuit breakers: 15-20 days after deposit. Switchgear assemblies: 20-30 days. Custom/OEM products: 30-45 days. Express orders (5-10 days) available with 15% expedite fee.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we offer full OEM/ODM services including custom branding (logo, packaging), custom specifications, and joint product development. We have experience working with international distributors and major retailers.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, samples are available for most standard products. Sample cost is refundable on first bulk order. Express shipping (DHL/FedEx) available. Sample lead time: 5-7 days for in-stock items.
What certifications do your products have?
Our circuit breakers and switchgear are certified with CE (Europe), UL (USA), and CCC (China). We also hold ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification. Test reports and certificates available upon request.
How do you ensure product quality?
All products undergo 100% testing before shipment including: visual inspection, electrical testing (dielectric strength, insulation resistance, functional tests), and temperature rise tests. We use automated testing equipment and follow IEC 60947 standards.
Do you ship globally?
Yes, we ship to all major markets including USA, Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, and South America. We work with major freight forwarders (DHL, FedEx, Maersk) and can arrange Door-to-Door delivery, FOB, CIF, or DDP.
What warranty do you offer?
Standard warranty: 18 months from shipping date. Warranty covers manufacturing defects. We provide replacement parts or full unit replacement for warranty claims. Extended warranty available for long-term partners.
